And I&#039;m glad she did. I like your presentation. You live and breathe your point about using more visuals than text. I&#039;m already liking the fact that this comment box has huge font. It&#039;s user-friendly.

And that&#039;s what engages. And engagement is fundamental to education. Not information dumping. Totally agree, Helen.

		<description>You&#039;re so right Jenny.. &quot;netiquette&quot; has always been important. It&#039;s about understanding the local culture.. and knowing how the language works, isn&#039;t it! 

Social networking tools create their own kind of interactive social culture.. and if people want to fit in, to be accepted and become a member of the community, they&#039;ll need to know how the language works.. on many levels. 

i think an understanding of etiquette goes hand-in-hand with internet safety too. Cultural understanding is important stuff.
